The Valley Sierra Miniature Horse Club (affiliated with the ASPC/AMHR) was formed in April of 1993. The club meets regularly and publishes a quarterly newletter and and annual membership directory. Valley Sierra sponsors at least two AMHR sanctioned shows each year. The club also sponsors various schooling shows, clinics and trail drives throughout the year. Since 1993, Valley Sierra has grown from only 10 members to over 75 two-vote family and single-vote members.
